How does linen rental work?
Choose your items in the shop, select 1–2 week rental length, then checkout. We coordinate delivery and pickup around your stay dates.
What comes in a sheet set?
Sheet sets include a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases (based on bed size).
Are linens sanitized?
Yes. Linens are professionally washed, heat dried, and prepared for delivery in clean packaging.
Do you deliver to Airbnb / VRBO / vacation rentals?
Yes. Most of our orders are for short-term rentals. We deliver to the address you provide at checkout.
What if my rental has multiple beds?
Order one set per bed size. If you’re unsure what sizes you have, send a message and we’ll help you estimate.
Can you deliver before check-in?
Yes. We can deliver the day of check-in or earlier depending on access instructions and scheduling.
What if I need to extend to 2 weeks?
Select 2 weeks when adding to cart. If you need to extend after ordering, contact us and we’ll adjust if possible.
Do you offer towels and beach gear?
Yes. Towels and beach gear options can be added depending on what’s available in the shop.
What’s your service area?
We serve many OBX areas including Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head. See the Service Area page for details.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to adjust delivery/pickup and refund where applicable.
